The short answer? Jim (and his team) serve his clients as a consultant, keynote speaker, trainer and executive level coach. In a nutshell, that is our business model. From one year to the next each of these four market channels has led the top of our revenue stream but every year all four play a part. While we always have a number of pure consulting projects working we look at the speaking, training and executive level coaching channels of our business as an extension of our consulting practice as well. We “consult” and collaborate with every keynote client, every training opportunity and each coaching assignment to make certain we are delivering their desired outcomes. We are focused on delivering a level of value that goes way beyond their expectations and presents the client with a Return On Investment well in excess of their investment with our company. Our consulting practice – centers around three key areas of what we term “Human Capital Management”. We assist our clients in a variety of ways to Select, Develop and Retain the top talent necessary to compete and win big in today’s competitive marketplace. Our Keynote Speaking Business -  this is the bread and butter of what we have been doing for the last 20 years! We have had the great fortune to speak with audiences large and small, companies with a hundred employees to those with 100,000+ team members and this awesome privilege have led us all over the world! Our Training Business – was a natural part of our business early on. Jim spent 2 1/2 years with America’s #1 seminar company delivering a variety of training programs, 200 days a year, all across the world! This day in and day out experience and repetition in front of every kind of audience one can imagine helped make him a master of the adult learning process. Jim and his team are regularly called upon by clients like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Halliburton, Akzo Nobel and many others to design, develop and deliver massive training initiatives while others hire him to do one day of training a month for an intimate team of associates for years on end. Our Coaching Practice – is the latest addition to our services lineup. As coaching became popular in the last several years I had a number of client contacts, who tend to be C-Suite members from time to time, like what I said and how I said it and they began asking me if I would be interested in coaching them in their businesses. After receiving enough of these inquiries we looked into the market for coaching and decided to pursue offering coaching that we were able to be world class in delivering, passionate about providing and that we came to believe we were being called to add to our business model.
